Each order will be shipped within 3 business days. (In rare busy days, it may take extra day or 2 to process the orders.)
When it’s shipped, you’ll receive an email notification of order shipped/complete. If you choose Express shipping, the tracking number will also be provided in the email.

The shipping cost will vary depending on destination country. Depending on the country, there’re also option to choose between Standard (2-4weeks) and Express shipping (7 days with tracking).

Express shipping will arrive approximately 7 days after shipment. There is also tracking number to track the package.

Standard shipping time varies from country to country. In general, it takes 1-3 weeks for Asian territories and 2-4 weeks for western territories. On some rare occasion it can take up to 6-8 weeks. For time sensitive order, it is recommended to choose Express shipping instead. Standard shipping also have tracking, however it is not updated as quickly as Express shipping.

HJ-Story will do everything we can to make sure your package is delivered! Feel free to email us any time if your package doesn’t arrive after the expected delivery date. :)

We accept Paypal.  If you don’t have PayPal account, you can still check out with your credit card using Paypal’s guest checkout. Click follow link for more info.

For each purchase, you will earn points that can be used towards future purchases! You can also earn points for leaving a review for the product! Keep an eye out for events and contest to earn bonus points!

During check out, you can see the amount of points earned so far at the top and choose whether or not to use the point for discount!
